Mahatma, who existed for a reason and kicked the bucket for the same

"Live as if you were to die tomorrow. Learn as if you were to live forever" Mahatma Gandhi.

I will talk on the side of the Mahatma, who existed for a reason and kicked the bucket for the same — a Mahatma who took after and lectured the message of peace, peacefulness, common agreement and tolerance. The developing radicalisation, fundamentalism and radicalism among youth require a re-attention of his beliefs, both profound and political, more than ever before.Tragically the Mahatma has been surrendered or "made to be relinquished." Various "religious" and "social" associations are so tired of his legacy that much following six many years of his offering they frequently reprimand him through handouts and booklets. The course outlined by the Indian political framework and scholastics is answerable for isolating Gandhian theory from the masses.Hindus, particularly the individuals who call themselves "upper rank," disdain him for being "expert Muslim" and frequently censure him for demonstrating laxity and empathy towards our pilgrim rulers. In terms of Dalits, they contend that he was the person who remained in their method for advancement and portray him as against Dalit. Numerous Muslims venture him as the person who let them down after Partition and contend that he is the "offender" of their disregard. Some of them even blame him for predisposition against Jinnah. Radical youth with a psychic devotion to savagery and fanaticism reprimand him for the tribute of Shaheed Bhagat Singh and Subhas Chandra Bose. They contend that he could have spared both of them. Numerous laypeople, and a few taught persons too, surmise that he was answerable for Partition. They say that had he supported Jinnah for prime ministership, Partition wouldn't have occurred. feel that a person who inspired like Martin Luther King Jr. also Nelson Mandela to battle against bad form and segregation and for fairness would clearly have had something extraordinary in him that made him the most regarded, almost revered leader of the masses. An unique scholar, with his answers for inspiring India, he is presently recalled once a year restricted as he is to clean secured statues at roundabouts, taken mind just by downpours.

It has been observed that serious attempts at sharing knowledge across cultures frequently often ends in frustration and disappointment on all sides. The issue is that individuals from distinctive societies have in a far-reaching way diverse convictions about the correct parts of managers and subordinates, instructors and understudies, and even about the way of information itself.

Globalization has made commercial ventures more aggressive so it is crucial for associations to have the right diverse comprehension & global aptitude set. The disappointment rate of worldwide joint ventures and mergers is amazing. What's more, there are huge progressions happening in the work environment where individuals of all distinctive nationalities are put together. With the challenges of new markets, globally distributed remote teams and different communication styles across the globe, it is vital that business people take cultural diversity into account.

Communicating successfully across cultures to multicultural audiences is not just about the linguistic differences, but rather about the attitudes that lie behind them, and the cultural values that give rise to those attitudes. Above all, it is about the genuine recognizable proof of how to alter your mentality to others. WHY INDIA FAILED MANMOHAN SINGH

"MMS is Maun-Maun Singh, not Manmohan Singh. He is the manikin of Sonia Gandhi, not the Prime Minister of India." Every other Indian today is blameworthy of scorning and taunting a world-class economist and a worldwide pioneer who was misused by the Congress party. Here is the reason we have to give the Father of Indian Economic Reform a break.
In 1993 The opposition is demanding that the Finance Minister resign after it was alleged that he ‘slept through’ a $1.8 billion stock-market scandal, now popularly known as the Harshad Mehta scam. Dr. Manmohan Singh, the then Finance Minister, took little time to draft his resignation letter and put it forth to PV Narasimha Rao, the then Prime Minister. Singh took a leave of absence and moved to his residence.
Just as of late had Dr. Singh presented a few monetary changes for the nation that might, 10 years after the fact, be perceived as the most vital change in India's history. Dr. Singh had been serving as the Finance Minister since the administration was shaped in 1991; he was handpicked by Prime Minister Rao. This was a period of emergency for the legislature and the bureau, as just a week prior had Dr. Singh submitted his renunciation to Rao, who thusly tore up the acquiescence instantly. A week later, Prime Minister Rao gave a clean chit to Dr. Singh and declared in the Parliament that his money pastor will keep on holding office.
Just after his name was cleared and expelled from the Joint Parliamentary Committee's report that affirmed Dr. Singh of having 'rested through the embarrassment', did Dr. Singh come back to work.
The NDA headed by Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee had recently endured a stunning annihilation in the General Elections, with Sonia Gandhi, the pioneer of the Congress party, all set to turn into the nation's Prime Minister. Three days after the fact, refering to absence of backing by the partners, and remembering the late challenges made by the NDA camp that Gandhi might be a remote executive, Sonia Gandhi utilized her remarkable forces to correct the Congress party's constitution and chose to "name" an individual for the post of the Prime Minister, after she 'deferentially and modestly' declined the position for herself.
Unfortunately, in this way, Dr. Singh was labeled the manikin of Sonia Gandhi, even before he confirmed as the Prime Minister.
Dr. Manmohan Singh was the most - and maybe the main - scholarly man to have served as the pioneer of the world's biggest popular government. In the event that there was exclusive qualified enough to be the Prime Minister of India, Dr. Manmohan Singh was your man.
What may come as a shock to a lot of people, is that in the five years that Dr. Manmohan Singh served as the Finance Minister in Narasimha Rao Cabinet, he drew no pay.
13 years after the fact, in 2004, not long after the prime ministership of this world-class economist was affirmed, the securities exchanges grabbed a bullish pattern, denoting the begin of a fresh start, a prosperous one at that. Just a couple of days prior, the businesses had taken a crash after NDA endured a startling thrashing. The businesses were not all that content with the thought of a Gandhi running the show, yet the positive business supposition returned surging in when an economist was made the pioneer of the legislature.
In the 10 years that Manmohan Singh directed as the Prime Minister, India rose from being the world's tenth biggest economy to the world's third biggest economy, beating Japan to turn into the #3 just recently.
Also, Dr. Singh struck a notable atomic arrangement with the United States, where as effectively implemented a fundamentally steady remote approach, keeping up genial relations with any semblance of US, Russia, China, Japan, Germany, UK and others. The Right to Information act was passed not long after his administration assumed control, and turned into a sheet grapple that might help activists uncover tricks worth billions of rupees.
The accomplishment of Singh's authority maybe, turned into his most noticeably bad foe. What his administration accomplished throughout the initial eight years, it couldn't duplicate throughout its most recent two years. The achievement of the previous a piece of his tenet created elevated requirements, and when the administration couldn't satisfy them, the tables turned. A ton of fault for the legislature's disappointment must be stuck on the worldwide budgetary conditions, yet there were blames in the organization in any case. Singh and his organization couldn't control the tricks throughout their residencies, and when the tricks saw the light of the day, the general population and the business lost the little believe they had on the administration.
political loss of motion inside the Congress party, the "manikin" picture of Dr. Singh, the tricks, and a resistance that was raring to turn out triumphant in the approaching general decision, were sufficient elements to topple Dr. Singh and his organization. These variables joined, adequately made a poor and a shabby picture of the Prime Minister – a picture that smelled of ineptitude, hesitation and defilement. This picture was made by handpicking certain imperfections in Dr. Singh and his organization, while overlooking the vast majority of the great that Dr. Singh and his administration did.
No nation is impeccable, no legislature is flawless, and no political pioneer makes tracks in an opposite direction from the derision and open's joke – however did Manmohan Singh merit the joke he accepted.
It's strong simple to ridicule and mocking somebody while covering up behind the security of your portable computer screen. The knowledge of this man can maybe show us the dangers of silly information, open trial and broad obliviousness. Perhaps we can figure out how to get all the truths right before we ride the judgmental wave?! How about we give the due credit and toss the due brickbats just after we are persuaded they merit it, not on the grounds that somebody lets you know they do.
How about we give this man a refined man's goodbye. He merits it, ash shades and what not.

Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam and Six lessons we can learn from a leader

"Leader should have vision, passion and should not have fear of failure" very well said by DR. APJ ABDUL KALAM in his speech given to children of some school.
This famous researcher and designer has likewise served as the eleventh President of India from the period 2002 to 2007. APJ Abdul Kalam is a man of vision, who is constantly loaded with thoughts pointed at the advancement of the nation. He immovably accepts that India needs to assume a more decisive part in worldwide relations. He is a man of vision, who is constantly brimming with thoughts pointed at the advancement of the nation. Individuals cherished and regarded Dr APJ Abdul Kalam such a great amount of throughout his residency as President that was prominently called the People's President. One thing for which he accepted abundant praise is his unambiguous communication that India needs to assume a more decisive part in worldwide relations.
SEVEN LESSONS

1. Be Prepared

Life does not generally take after the way we have set for it. Frequently, it takes its course and makes us take after it. Also when that happens – a crisis, as some might term it, we better be ready. In any event have the vicinity of psyche to recognize what is the best approach suited to that specific circumstance. The enthusiast attention on 'Plan B' that experts discuss is not a whiney little girl's fall-back framework. It serves a reason, a reason that a strategist has imagined and arranged before the requirement for a substitute result surface.

2. Pioneers Acknowledge Contribution
Prof. Dhawan was the Chairman of the Indian Space Research Organization when India's Rohini satellite was to be propelled into space. Dr. Kalam, then a researcher, was the Project Director for the launch. Notwithstanding the best research and specialized skill, the entire rocket framework plunged into the Bay of Bengal rather than the satellite going into space. In the public interview that took after the sad launch, Prof. Dhawan confronted the media, took the fault of the disappointment on himself and guaranteed the world that by one year from now his group would most likely succeed. The following year, in 1980, SLV-3 successfully went to space. Prof. Dhawan put the Project Director, APJ Abdul Kalam, to the forefront and urged him to conduct the press conference that day.
Shouldering the blame for failure and conferring credit where it is due comes rarely to most. In an era where playing the blame-game and taking undue credit to forge ahead in life has become the norm, Dr. Kalam inspired over 1500 minds that day, with the exception. That an exemplary leader is one who gives credit and recedes into the shadow as the protege takes centre-stage.
3. Go With The Flow
Dr. Kalam knew the impact he had on the masses, particularly the young. With a pioneer's vision he knew how excited the gathering of people was to converse with him, hear him, and be propelled by him. He went past what was chalked in his calendar and made a special case for all present that day. He let them touch his hand and in exchange, touched their lives. He gaged the circumstances, sensed the implicit dreams and accepted the way things are. Also in light of the fact that he did that, everyone display in that assembly hall that day rose an alternate individual  more propelled, more primed to face the world, additionally eager to have any kind of effect.
4. Stay in shape
Fruitful individuals understand the significance of a sound body and a solid personality. They realize that the two are inseparably between interfaced and basic for their smooth working. They take after a strict regimen of sound propensities which incorporate right consuming, adherence to feast times, a comprehensive activity arrange that suits one' s age and a brain brimming with energy. It is built that the initial three constantly affect the fourth.
At eighty or more, when most leave from life and experience the ill effects of purposelessness and confinement, Dr. Kalam has propelled his mission for the adolescent of the country called the What Can I Give Movement with a focal topic to thrashing debasement. He composes Tamil verse, plays the veena, and keeps doing what he had set onward after his Presidential residency – imparting his encounters to the adolescent, helping them 'to touch off their creative energy and equipping them to work for a created India for which the guide is now accessible'. He epitomizes what others seek for, he looks to the future with trust.

5. Have A Vision
This is that solitary most powerful variable that drives our civilization. Having a dream, supporting it, holding up for its fulfillment, harvesting its compensates – all offer intending to life. The human soul crumples not when it is denied of sustenance yet when it is denied a dream. Individuals with reason propel far in life than those with none. The auto-pilot mode that works well for an airplane is deadly for a human. The energetic mourn of 'getting exhausted' or the elderly refrain that all 'obligations are over' and there's nothing else left, does not look good for a country that still has far to go.

6. Be Humble
This ought to top the schedule in light of the fact that all else comes up short without this. Otherworldly Masters have praised the ideals of modesty and folks have taught us to be unassuming. The worth training classes in schools expect to impart this excellence in our being whether we were shocking enough to be conceived without it. All achievement in life amounts to nada on the off chance that it is bound with vanity. Unobtrusiveness has, and will remain, an appealing attribute in light of the fact that where vanity flounders, quietude wins. This is the reason a symbol like Kalam moves us to absolute.

In the end its a humble request to all that do watch the inspiring video that i am attaching of a great leader Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam.

Today we follow, tomorrow we lead.

  • The leader is the one who will pay close attention to weather the workers are happy?
  • He will encourage independent and creative thinking.
By doing like this workers will have a strong motivation to realize the vision and Workers will like as well as respect the leader.
TRAITS THAT A GOOD LEADER MUST POSSESS.
  1. Integrity is essential. Leaders are people of great integrity. Integrity, or the adherence to moral and ethical principles, is greatly lacking in the world today. Stories of corruption and dishonesty pervade the government, the workplace, the community, and even the home. A great leader keeps his word, makes good choices, and follows established rules. If you possess integrity, you will do what you say you’re going to do.
  2. Mining gold in others. Leaders bring out the best in others and encourage independence. They don’t control and dominate to subjugate. Great bosses reward hard work with sincere praise, raises, proper credit, and promotion. Insecure bosses are vainglorious, let their employees do the work while twiddle their thumbs, and then take all the credit for work they didn't do. Great leaders see the potential in others and cultivate it. Poor leaders hone in on deficiencies and hamper development through discouragement.
  3. Clocked with humility. We often equate the term, leader, with a person who holds a position; however, leaders are found in every facet of society, from the top of the corporate ladder to the bottom of the well-known food chain. Strong leaders begin as humble followers. They are the type of people who are always ready to take initiative. They are bubbling over with ideas, strategies, and game plans to make the situation they are in better. Starting at the bottom and working your way to the top is the best prescription for your success. You will be familiar with every aspect of your position from top to bottom and inside out. You will know what works and what doesn't. You will learn what frustrates and what motivates the people around you and you won’t forget what you've learned when you reach the top. The top can wait until you have the maturity and experience to take the reins.
  4. Facing conflict. A great leader doesn't shy away from conflict but deals with it directly in a kind, firm, and fair approach. Conflict makes people uncomfortable. In fact, many people refuse to make eye contact with conflict, hoping it will go away on its own.
  5. Leaders are flexible. While great leaders have a healthy self-image, they are confident without being prideful. They aren't afraid to pitch in wherever they are needed to get the job done. Store managers cover the service desk when the business is short-staffed. Great leaders don’t require the spotlight. They are versatile individuals who will serve where they are needed and then share the cup of sweet success with those around them. Great leaders aren't arrogant and boastful. They don’t flaunt success. They have learned humility through working on every rung of the ladder.
  6. Sense of humor. Not all great leaders possess a sense of humor, but for those who do, it lends significantly to their charismatic persona. They have something like a positive energy which emanates from inside and resonate in their organization even under difficult situations. A leader  that can laugh with their employees will endear themselves to the employees. It shows the employees that the leader is just a human being like they are. Laughter helps promote a relaxed atmosphere where everybody is comfortable with their surroundings.

"Leadership is Philosophy"

Leadership is a philosophy. It’s an attitude. It’s a state of mind. And it’s available to each one of usBelieving in yourself is the main characteristic of a good leader.

THE JOB OF A LEADER IS TO GROW MORE LEADERS.If you are not growing more leaders then you are just a follower not a leader. leader's job is to help people do work they never dreamed they could do. That’s part of what it truly means to lead.

NOTHING HAPPENS UNTIL YOU MOVE. The sad reality is that procrastination is nothing more than the defense mechanism of choice used by scared people. If we actually did our goals and acted on our visions, we’d become ultra-successful. and success brings responsibility. That frightens most among us. And so we put off getting great things done. And blame the world for anything that inculcate our lives. So start small, dream huge but begin today

YOUR BEHAVIOR REVEALS YOUR BELIEFS. Your behavior tells the world what you believe. Complain all day long and you reveal a inbuilt set of beliefs that you are powerless and uninterested. Present work that has poor performance and you express a belief that average is cool with you. Mistreat others and you reveal that you’re selfish–and disconnected from the beautiful humanity that surrounds you. When you have the authority of leadership, your behavior changes automatically.

IDEAS ARE WORTHLESS WITHOUT EXECUTION. The best Leaders Without Titles and the organizations that win big are all about “less talk and more do”. Less meetings and more delivery. Less analysis and more rolling up of sleeves and getting amazing projects done.

WHEN YOU LEARN MORE YOU GET TO ACHIEVE MORE. To double your income, triple your rate of learning. Remember that genius is much less about natural talent and much more about out-studying, out-preparing, and out-learning everyone around you. So to become a good leader one should never stop learning. Attend more seminars, workshops, classes, etc.

TAKE CARE OF THE RELATIONSHIP AND THE MONEY TAKES CARE OF ITSELF. Leadership is about relationships. The smartest, fastest and most effective leaders all get that the whole game is about people. Be a good listener. Be inspirational. Keep your promises. Do nice things for people. Be the most generous person you know. Staggeringly great opportunities will come your way.

RESPECT IS NOT GRANTED BUT EARNED. The way to earn respect is to give it.

LIFE IS SHORT SO BE OF USE. To truly be a leader has nothing to do with ego-stroking, applause and fame.  To lead is to serve. And to be of use.
A LEADER SHOULD HAVE BEHAVIORAL FLEXIBILITY
